Therapy Scope collects personal and health information that you provide through this website — for example through referral forms, service agreements, document uploads and contact enquiries. This may include names, contact details, dates of birth, NDIS numbers, funding and claim details, medical information relevant to a referral, and electronic signatures.

Why we collect it
We collect this information to respond to enquiries, assess and process referrals, deliver and administer Occupational Therapy services, meet funding-body reporting obligations (including NDIS, DVA, TAC and WorkSafe requirements), and communicate with participants, families and referrers.

How we protect it
Information submitted through this website is transmitted over HTTPS, validated on our servers, and stored securely with access restricted to authorised Therapy Scope staff. Uploaded documents are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Sharing information
We only share information with the people and organisations involved in delivering or funding your services — such as plan managers, support coordinators, referring practitioners and funding bodies — and only with consent or where required or authorised by law.

Your rights
